Subscribe to an iCal Calendar on iPhone/iPad (iOS 13)

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Passwords & Accounts.
  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Tap Other.
  5. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar.
  6. Paste in your copied iCal link in the Server field.
  7. Tap Next.
  8. In the Description field, enter your own custom title or name for your calendar. (This is the title that will appear in your iOS Calendar app list.)
  9. Tap Save. (NOTE: you do not need to enter in any other information on this panel.)


Subscribe to an iCal Calendar in Office 365

  1. Login to your Office 365 account.
  2. Click on Calendar app tile.
  3. In the top menu, click Add calendar > From Internet.
  4. Paste in your copied iCal link in the “Link to the calendar” field.
  5. Enter a name for your calendar. This is the name that will appear in your list of calendars.
  6. Click Save at the top.

Subscribe to an iCal Calendar in Outlook 2016 (Windows)

  1. Open Outlook 2016 and go to your Calendar.
  2. On the Home Tab click the Open Calendar > From Internet option.
  3. Paste in your iCal link and click OK.
  4. Click "Yes" that you want to add this calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates.

Subscribe to an iCal Calendar in Calendar for Mac

  1. Choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
  2. Enter the calendar’s web address, then click Subscribe.
  3. Enter a name for the calendar in the Name field, then click the adjacent pop-up menu and choose a color.
  4. Click the Location pop-up menu, then choose an account for the subscription (On My Mac or iCloud). If you choose your iCloud account, the calendar is available on all your computers and devices that are set up with iCloud. If you choose On My Mac, the calendar is saved on your computer.
  5. To get the calendar’s event attachments or alerts, deselect the appropriate Remove checkboxes.
  6. Click the Auto-refresh pop-up menu, then choose how often to update the calendar.
  7. To prevent alerts from appearing for this calendar, select Ignore alerts.
  8. Click OK.

On your Computer- Google Calendar

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left side, find "Other calendars" and click the down arrow.
  3. Select Add by URL.
  4. Enter the calendar's address in the field provided. The address needs to be an iCal link.
  5. Click Add calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars."

On your phone (Android)

  1. Open the Calendar app on your Android Phone.
  2. In the settings, make sure your Google account is checked and select “Sync Now.”
  3. Under "Other calendars" you may also need to check the subscribed calendars the Android device is to sync with (by default, the "Other calendars" may not be checked).

 You can only add an additional online calendar if you're using Google Calendar on your computer. Once you add the calendar on your computer, you'll see it in the Google Calendar app on your Android phone.
