Forensics

This week and next, they will have the chance to become detectives to solve a kitchen crime. The kitchen was set up as a crime scene, complete with numerous hazards. Students completed their investigation in small groups, filling out an investigation report. They were tasked with writing down as many safety hazards (pieces of evidence) as they could find and explaining why they are dangerous. They also tried to solve the crime and find the suspect, who, after investigation, they believe is their teacher, Mrs. Steinberg.
